ANZ - Institutional banking

The biggest content strategy and digital copywriting job I’ve ever done was to overhaul the entire Institutional banking section of anz.com. ANZ has the largest share of Corporate and Institutional customers out of the big four banks by some measure. Yet its website had not been optimised or redesigned for more than a decade because it sat on an old platform.

 Over a period of approximately 18 months, I helped strategise, redesign and single-handedly rewrote the entire site. Once everything was ready and approved, we then switched on the new site, which now sits on the bank’s preferred Adobe platform. The old site was poorly designed, hard to navigate and ran to approximately 160 pages, while the new site is far more initiative, doesn’t hurt the eyes and runs to approximately 60 pages.
